NOTE: This cake has our signature house made strawberry compote poured between all layers to mimic a fresh compote pour (without having to make a mess and pour it from a bottle).

This is one of our OG ‘Cloud in the Mouth’ Cakes. Alphonso mangoes are flavourful, fragrant and taste like a bright summer’s day with our fresh cream 🥛
